John Bull - Country Cider - 40 Pint Cider Kit

The John Bull Country Cider home brew kit is a full flavoured, premium, traditional style apple cider kit that can be made to a traditional strong strength. With high quality European apple juice concentrate, this sparkling brew will produce a strength of around 5% abv when making 40 pints.

You can always make John Bull Country Cider stronger though by adding less water to the fermentation process. Try adding just 32 pints to make it stronger, richer and more tasty. This will give you a strength of around 7% abv.

The easy, step-by-step cider kit instructions with details for both bottling and kegging make this one super easy to make. You will need to buy brewing sugar to accompany this brew. 1kg will do the job for the 5% strength and 1.25kg will be fine for the 7% alternative.

Taking only 3-4 Weeks to brew, John Bull Cider can be drunk young or left to mature over time for a much richer, fuller flavour.
