In addition to this utility, they can be used to store specimens on a long-term basis.
- PROTECTIVE CONTAINER: Our SS Series Slide-Sette Savers are equipped with a protective lid with living hinges, keeping the contents secure. Within the Slide-Sette Saver, the microscope slide and cassette/paraffin block are cocooned inside their respective compartments with a high degree of protection and safety.
- COLOR-CODING: Available in eight different colors, Caplugs Evergreen Slide-Sette Savers can be color-coded for various types of malignant tissues - for example, pink for breast cancer, yellow for bladder cancer and purple for pancreatic cancer. This particular model is natural in color.
- STRONG AND RIGID: These containers are constructed from polypropylene (PP), a dense, opaque lightweight material that has high strength and rigidity, as well as good moisture resistance and thermal stability.
