About Insurer
Age Limits:
- Pets need to be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
- No restrictions on coverage or availability for older pets.
Plan Coverage:
- Illness and accident plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible has been met.
- Flat Rate Accident coverage available for $9 per month for dogs and $6 per month for cats. (Available in most states).
- There are two optional wellness plans available to cover routine care.
- They have a 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs included on all policies.
- Pay-out amount is based on your vet bill.
Annual Payout Limits:
- $5000 -Unlimited annual limit. All based on your chosen plan.
- Unlimited lifetime limits.
Annual Deductible:
- $50-$1,000.
Waiting Period:
- 14 days for illness claims (after the effective date).
- 3 days for accident claims (after the effective date).
- 0 days for routine care (after the effective date)
Exclusions:
- Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
- Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
