Age Limits:
- Pets need to be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
- No upper age limit.
- Coverage options available for senior pets.
Plan Coverage:
- There is a 20% co-pay (depending on chosen plan), after your annual deductible.
- Pay-out amount is based on your vet bill.
Annual Payout Limits:
- Annual limits of $3,000 -$16,000. All based on your chosen plan.
- Per incident limit of $1,500-$8,000. All based on your chosen plan.
Annual Deductible:
- $100-$1,000.
Waiting Period:
- Coverage begins one day after enrollment.
- There is a 5 day wait period for accident claims.
- There is a 14 day wait period for illness claims.
Exclusions:
- Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
- Plans allow you to add on coverage for congenital and inherited conditions, wellness care and exam fees.
- Cancer coverage is included in base accident and illness plan.
