About Insurer
Age Limits:
- Pets need to be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
- No upper age limits apply.
Plan Coverage:
- There is a 10%-30% co-pay (depending on chosen plan), after your annual deductible.
- Pay-out amount is based on your vet bill.
Annual Payout Limits:
- Limit of $1,000, $2,000, $5,000, $10,000, or $20,000. All based on your chosen plan.
- No lifetime limits apply.
Annual Deductible:
- $50-$500 per incident.
Waiting Period:
- Coverage begins 1 day after date listed on policy for accidents.
- A waiting period of 14 days applies for illness claims.
Exclusions:
- Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
- Chronic, hereditary and congenital conditions are covered.
- Optional Routine Care package can be added for an additional fee, and includes coverage for vaccines, annual exams, flea and tick prevention, behavior training and microchipping.
