Age Limits: 

• No age restrictions.

Plan Coverage:

• Eusoh is the only community based cost sharing solution to cover the cost of veterinary expenses.
• Members submit claims with reimbursement at 80% of each expense claim.

Annual Payout Limits:

• Limit of $8,500 per pet.

Annual Deductible: 

• $250 per pet.

Exclusions:

• Dental cleaning, flea, tick or heartworm medications, grooming, ear cropping, tail docking, declawing, and spaying or neutering.
• Pre-existing conditions are left to the groups. (Please visit Eusoh for more information.)
