About Insurer

Age Limits: 

• Pets need to be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
• Cats must be under 13 years old to enroll.
• Dogs must be under 11 years old to enroll.

Plan Coverage:

• There is a 20% co-pay after your annual deductible.
• Pay-out amount is based on your vet bill.

Annual Payout Limits:

• Limit of $1,500 – $20,000. All based on your chosen plan.

Annual Deductible: 

• $100-$1,000.

Waiting Period:

• Coverage begins at 12:01 am on the date listed on policy for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14-30 days applies for illness claims.
• Named Peril coverage is available on the third day after date listed on policy.

Exclusions:

• Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
